Description
This coming September, have fun learning the fundamentals of decorating cakes with fondant with Chef Ariel.

Participants will learn:-
  1. Ice and torte a cake with buttercream
  2. Understand properties of fondant
  3. How to handle and store fondant properly
  4. Color fondant using colour gel
  5. Cover a 6” cake with fondant
  6. Cover cake board with fondant
  7. Roll out even strips of fondant
  8. Make ‘cream’ fondant decoration without using cutters or moulds
  9. Use cutters for decoration
Boxes will be provided for you to take home your masterpiece.
